The mist shrouded cliffs of the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, China, have nurtured exquisite teas for thousands of years and are the birthplace of oolong tea. Known as Wuyi Qi Lan or “Profound Orchid,” its flavor is quite unique with sweet notes of raisins, honeysuckle and roasted sugar.
